Customer Success Manager – Implementation

Knowify, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for small- and medium-sized construction businesses, is looking for a Customer Success Manager – Implementation to join our growing Customer Success organization.

This role will be responsible for guiding new customers through the implementation of Knowify’s subcontractor-oriented construction business management software. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with each customer to understand how their business operates—including estimating, contracting, project management, purchasing, time tracking, billing, and job costing—and help them to implement Knowify in support of those workflows.
