Job Description

We are looking for a communicative person with a technical mindset to join our team — someone who helps customers get the most out of our products.


Your responsibilities



  • Customer onboarding and ongoing support (primarily in English)

  • Technical support and troubleshooting for product-related questions

  • Customer training and knowledge transfer

  • Close collaboration with Sales and Support

  • Involvement in IT projects in the customer environment


What you bring



  • Excellent English skills (C1+)

  • Completed IT education or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a structured way of working

  • Technical understanding and a genuine willingness to learn
