An exciting opportunity has arisen for our established Peterborough based client for a Customer Support Administrator to join their growing team in Peterborough. This office-based role is perfect for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, and has strong administrative skills. Working Monday to Friday 8.45 – 5.15pm.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will play an important role in assisting customers over the telephone, coordinating information between departments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Support Administrator role will include:-
* Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and helpful manner.
