About the role:

Department: Support (CSR)

Location: Corporate office

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage communications with clients and users
  • Assist teams with escalations, spot training of other CSR
  • Ensure satisfactory handling of support conversations and tickets
  • Follow-up with clients for feedback
  • Create internal communications with users and members
  • Assist with regular CSR operations such as verification, payment processing/verification, etc.
