About the role:
Department: Support (CSR)
Location: Corporate office
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage communications with clients and users
- Assist teams with escalations, spot training of other CSR
- Ensure satisfactory handling of support conversations and tickets
- Follow-up with clients for feedback
- Create internal communications with users and members
- Assist with regular CSR operations such as verification, payment processing/verification, etc.
