1. Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical and field support for PCB Assembly and Semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting machine issues, performing maintenance activities, supporting installations, and ensuring effective customer communication. Candidates should have hands-on experience with SMT and semiconductor process equipment involving automation systems.
2. Key Responsibilities
Provide customer and technical support for PCB Assembly and Semiconductor equipment
Perform machine installation, commissioning, and startup activities
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation-related machine issues
Support machine calibration and performance optimization
Handle field service activities at customer locations
Maintain service reports and technical documentation
