**About the Role**
Transpalce, an Uber Freight company, is looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in the Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics field.
Our specialists will manage transportation functions to ensure accurate, timely delivery of product in the most efficient and cost-effective manner all while providing excellent customer service to our customers.
- Gestión de los aspectos cotidianos del envío, el seguimiento y la gestión de incidencias en cargas, trayecto y entregas.
Comunicación con los transportistas.
- Asegurar la capacidad de carga y colocación de los equipos a tiempo.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con clientes y transportistas a través de comunicaciones y respuestas profesionales y oportunas a las consultas.
- Generar informe de operación al inicio del turno y al final del turno para un seguimiento.
- Gestión de Rechazos con clientes.
