CWC is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage civil engineering tasks and enhance project delivery efficiency. In this role, you will facilitate communication among project stakeholders and assist in documentation management.
As a Project Coordinator, your main duties involve liaising with the Executive Management team, coordinating material purchases, and maintaining all site-related documentation. You'll assist with change orders and support the project team in achieving goals while ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in assessing change orders and cost impacts
• Distribute site records and manage documentation systems
• Administer requests for information and attend meetings
• Coordinate material purchases and oversee project paperwork
