Job Description :

  • Drive new business growth.
  • Lead conversion from e-commerce platforms, company website, digital marketing campaigns, aggregators, and D2C channels.
  • Manage and enhance sales, conversion ratios, productivity, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
  • Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to optimize sales effectiveness.
