Key responsibilities
- Supporting the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of CRM implementations and upgrades
- Managing and maintaining Dynamics 365 environments and solutions
- Developing Power Platform applications including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows
- Working with Dataverse and integrating external systems where required
- Supporting system performance optimisation and troubleshooting activities
- Contributing to integrations involving cloud technologies and modern data solutions
- Providing regular progress updates and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
