Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of CRM implementations and upgrades
  • Managing and maintaining Dynamics 365 environments and solutions
  • Developing Power Platform applications including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows
  • Working with Dataverse and integrating external systems where required
  • Supporting system performance optimisation and troubleshooting activities
  • Contributing to integrations involving cloud technologies and modern data solutions
  • Providing regular progress updates and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
