Job Description

The Dairy Processing Operator supports dairy processing operations by operating and monitoring bulk milk cooler systems and related processing equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and hygienic handling of raw milk. This role follows established procedures to maintain product quality, food safety, and continuous production flow while working under general supervision.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor bulk milk coolers and related dairy processing equipment according to standard operating procedures, production schedules, and quality requirements.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and agitation levels, making routine adjustments within established limits.
• Perform pre‑operational checks, equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers using standard checklists and procedures.
