ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solution Specialist for Microsoft Cloud, you will act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for small and medium-sized businesses exploring cloud transformation. Combining deep technical knowledge with consultative sales skills, you will drive the full sales cycle — from product demonstrations to deal closure — while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Microsoft Cloud portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the full sales cycle for Microsoft Cloud solutions — from needs assessment and product demonstration to negotiation and closure
  • Act as the technical expert for SMB clients, advising on cloud architecture, migration paths, and solution fit
