Key Responsibilities:
- Server monitoring — Poll all in-scope servers at pre-defined intervals per service baselines, tracking:
i) Server availability
ii)File system / partition utilisation
iii)Memory and processor utilisation
- Service monitoring: Monitor critical OS, database, and middleware services; log valid alerts as tickets in the helpdesk tool
- Storage monitoring: Monitor SAN/NAS devices for availability per the agreed service window
- Network monitoring: Monitor critical network parameters using available tools, covering:
i) Device availability and loopback/interface status
ii) Link ...
