Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sanitization, handling, and secure destruction of storage media (HDD, SSD).
  • Work within a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Support media destruction activities together with a Verifier.
  • Conduct basic hardware break-fix tasks.
Requirements

Min Diploma Holders in Electrical & Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering, Information & Digital Technologies.

  • Basic knowledge of Cloud computing technologies and IT system hardware
  • Passionate about IT infrastructure and hardware
