Job Description

  • Analysis of biological data, mainly single-cell next-generation sequencing data and/or proteomics data
  • Build data analysis pipelines
  • Develop machine learning and deep learning models for classification or prognosis
  • Research and develop algorithms for biological data analysis
  • Participate in big data analysis projects for data mining, model building, and algorithm development
  • Participate in error handling and improve the data analysis process
