In this role, you will:
Supports and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. Executes the data management strategy to deliver data-driven reporting and supports data analytics while ensuring that the application meets the Banks IT Risk and governance compliance requirements. Provides technical direction and guidance to the team on reporting and analytical solutions to support Retail Lending, Day-To-Day banking and Small Business banking. Builds and maintains a strong working relationship with peers across the business lines including key stakeholders across Retail Lending, Day-To-Day banking and Small Business banking divisions in Canadian Banking.
