LGM seeks a Data Engineer to enhance our cloud and on-prem data services. Bring your expertise in ETL/ELT and dimensional modeling to optimize data operations.
As a Data Engineer at LGM, you’ll leverage Microsoft Fabric and Azure services to develop resilient data pipelines for the Canadian automotive industry. This hybrid role includes responsibilities like implementing scalable lakehouse patterns, optimizing SQL performance, and collaborating on data governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop resilient data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Implement lakehouse patterns with quality checks and lineage
• Design and optimize dimensional data models for reporting
• Publish curated datasets supporting Power BI development
• Respond promptly to critical production data issues
Requirements:
• 3+ years in data warehousing and ETL processes
• Advanced T-SQL skills for troubleshooting and maintenance
