About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry and Admin Assistant to support the account management team in maintaining customer relationships, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up new orders after sign-offs across Retail, Box Store, Builders, Kitchen & Bath, and Commercial segments

Support account management in handling and maintaining client relationships

Ensure accurate and timely data entry and order processing

Manage and update Home Store portals to keep information current

Communicate with clients to ensure smooth coordination

Perform general administrative tasks as needed
