Requirement

Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Ability to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry)
Responsible, punctual, and possesses a positive working attitude
Good organizational and time management skills
Responsibility

Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records
Manage filing systems and documentation in an organized manner
Issue invoices and ensure timely processing
Handle new member registrations and related administrative tasks
Assist with daily administrative duties as assigned by management
