We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Manager to establish and run day‑to‑day data governance for Sagicor’s Azure‑based enterprise data platform operating under a hub‑and‑spoke model. This hands‑on role involves ownership of governance execution across the enterprise data platform, working closely with business and technology teams to build and operationalize governance practices.
Core Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day data governance execution across the hub‑and‑spoke model, collaborating with Hub (Platform CoE) and Spoke stakeholders.
Stand up and run governance routines: intake, prioritization, issue tracking, decision logging, and follow‑through on actions.
Establish and maintain a practical data catalog in Microsoft Purview: asset registration, ownership, descriptions, and metadata standards.
