Hiring: Data Modeler / HRMS Data Architect

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler / HRMS Data Architect to join a large-scale HRMS transformation and migration program.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRMS/HCM data architecture, data migration, data mapping, and enterprise data modeling with experience working across HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain logical and physical data models for HRMS applications.

• Define schemas, primary/foreign keys, constraints, indexing, and partitioning strategies.

• Lead HRMS data migration, conversion, and integration initiatives.

• Design and execute schema conversions, data mappings, transformation rules, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
