The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Quality Lead to join a major banking transformation initiative, helping drive the resolution of complex customer and product data quality challenges across a large-scale enterprise environment.

This is a highly visible business-facing role that sits at the intersection of Data, Business Transformation and Banking Operations. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Consumer and Business Banking to identify, assess and resolve critical data quality issues that impact customers, products, servicing processes and regulatory obligations.

The role requires someone who can operate independently, influence senior decision-makers and navigate complex stakeholder environments while driving practical business outcomes.
