Database Administrator/ SQL Developer

Key Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and support MS SQL Server databases across development and production environments Perform backups, restores, and manage recovery models Conduct performance tuning and optimisation (PTO) using native monitoring tools Implement and manage high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions Configure and maintain database servers and processes to ensure system health, availability, and security. Approve developers' change requests for database objects such as tables, procedures, indices, constraints, triggers, and views Assist developers in performance tuning and query optimisation Independently troubleshoot and resolve database issues in real time Automate routine processes, monitor database jobs, and track/document changes Collaborate with teams to manage database transitions across multiple product lifecycle Stages.
