We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Database Manager

with strong expertise in

Salesforce CRM

to join our team at Empor Marcom.

Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in

CRM operations
Strong hands-on experience with

Salesforce CRM
Good understanding of

Salesforce Trailblazer
Experience managing

B2B databases

and CRM processes
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
Prior exposure to events, media, or marketing industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM operations and workflows.
Handle B2B database management, segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
Act as a point of contact for CRM-related coordination and stakeholder communication.
