Position: DataGen Operator – Barcelona

Objectives

• Accurate execution of data generation processes
• Provide data in the right formats to G+D stakeholders
• Provide response files to customers
• Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
• Take accountability and responsibility for assigned process roles

Responsibilities

• Stay aware of updates in product/service specifications
• Support other G+D departments with data generation requests
• Be informed of new product releases
• Coordinate with R&D for software releases and updates
• Send required response files or reports internally or to customers
• Meet compliance and information security requirements in service operations
• Evaluate, improve, and add applicable work instructions
