Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of data center operational workflows, including dependencies across power and cooling infrastructure.
  • Interpret and apply operational documentation such as SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and escalation procedures.
  • Define and configure fault alerts and alarm logic based on power chain and cooling chain topology.
  • Configure and manage incident workflows and ticketing processes within DCIM platforms.
  • Perform DCIM system configuration, including asset topology mapping, fault rules, workflows, and operational logic.
  • Collaborate closely with DCIM vendors, Data Center Operations teams, and facility stakeholders to ensure workflows and rules engines accurately reflect on-site operational requirements.
