Key Requirements

  • Years of experience in defect management or quality assurance
  • Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle including identification, documentation, analysis, prioritization, tracking, and closure
  • Oversee defect logging and tracking using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Lead defect triage meetings to prioritize issues based on severity and business impact
  • Perform or lead root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues and improve processes
  • Prepare and present defect reports, metrics, and trends to stakeholders and management
  • Act as a bridge between QA, development, and project teams to ensure timely resolution of defects
