Delivery Manager

Location: This is a flexible, hybrid role and can be based from any of our offices in Manchester, Stoke, Southport, Peterborough or Tunbridge Wells. We also have largely remote working opportunities available.

This role sits within our IT Operations department.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for one or more squads, enabling them to develop and deliver exceptional technology products. You will coach and instil sustainable practices such as self‑organisation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Your role will be to cultivate a growth mindset, fostering a process, culture, and environment that empowers highly motivated, innovative squads to reach their full potential and deliver value for the business.
