Department Manager

About the Role

As a Department Manager, you’ll be the leader supporting and encouraging your whole team, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will ensure an excellent operational & visual experience for your store, customers & colleagues, and be aware of your store’s strengths, opportunities, and competitors. You will analyze and follow up on sales, and create plans to optimize results and profits.
