Design Director

Please See// is looking for a Design Director to lead the creative vision of our Marketing vertical. This is a role for a design leader who thrives at two speeds: the high volume of always-on social content, and the considered pace of campaign work that resonates.

You'll set the visual standard across social campaigns, content systems, and brand work - building the creative frameworks that let a team move fast without losing craft, and elevating the work when the brief demands it.

What You'll Do

Strategic Design Leadership

• Define and drive the design vision for the Marketing vertical, aligned to client brand strategies and business goals
• Build scalable creative frameworks that allow the team to produce platform-native content at volume without compromising craft
• Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging formats, and visual culture shifts, and translate these into actionable direction for the team
