ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for the person who will co-build and operationally lead the Europe Hub of Thingular Creative Partners, an international branding and packaging boutique specializing in premium brands across beverages, food, and adjacent sectors.

You are joining at a moment of deliberate transition, not consolidation. The Europe Hub is being reshaped, and you are a central part of that reshaping.

This is a senior role with a formal path towards partnership. You join as Design Director and, from month 6, after a period of mutual fit, a partner track activates with a deferred equity package and a review at 18-24 months for evolution to full Partner of the hub.

This is not a Senior Designer role with an” inflated” title. It is the next leadership figure of the Europe Hub.
