Design Engineer

We are currently supporting a growing industrial equipment manufacturer with the search for a Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the full design process from understanding customer requirements, creating detailed 3D models, developing production‑ready drawings, and seeing their designs come to life on the shop floor and in the field.

The successful candidate will support custom industrial equipment projects, mechanical assemblies, product line development, reverse engineering, and drawing control. This is not just a drafting role — it requires someone who can think through manufacturability, ask the right technical questions, and produce complete build‑ready drawing packages with minimal hand‑holding.
