Design Engineer

Job Description

• To provide the design of formwork, shoring and scaffolding solutions in accordance with Australian standards whilst maintaining efficient and effective use of time.
• Provide technical advice on all products to customers and associate employees.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and following workplace health and safety, quality rules and country regulations.
• Actively promote the supply of leading technical service and leadership by example.
• Develop an understanding of products and Technical design strategies.
• Calculation of wind loads based on containment
• Point loading in construction

Responsibilities

• Scaffolding design experience
• Experience in temporary works - formworks, scaffolding
• Civil / Structural Engineering degree required
• AU & UK experience - most preferred
