Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Design Leader for the Architecture department, based at our Lisbon office.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient, high-quality architectural solutions in compliance with applicable regulations
• Optimize projects from an integrated perspective — technical, aesthetic, economic, and environmental
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and high quality standards
• Define methodologies and work tools that promote productivity and consistency in results
• Monitor trends, best practices, and innovations in the field of architecture
• Lead, mentor, and closely support the team throughout all project phases, ensuring alignment, performance, and continuous development
