We are looking to appoint a Design Manager to support major programmes across the Midlands. This role can be based from our offices in Birmingham, Derby or Redditch. It offers hybrid working with a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team to deliver impactful water projects, from initial concept to detailed design.
• Work on award‑winning initiatives across clean water, wastewater, flood risk, and urban drainage.
• Influence the future of the industry by partnering with major clients across the UK.
• Oversee all aspects of delivery, including design & build projects, detailed design delivery, and owners engineer services.
• Plan and lead the technical delivery of projects, collaborating closely with clients and guiding a multidisciplinary team.
