Design Project Engineer

Overview

Ledcor is looking for a seasoned Design Project Engineer to lead the technical delivery of major heavy civil projects. In this role, you’ll manage design deliverables, drive constructability and coordination reviews, and proactively identify and resolve design risks. You’ll oversee environmental due diligence, permitting, and approvals while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and Authorities Having Jurisdiction. You’ll also manage technical documentation workflows, support subcontractors with clear direction, and ensure all design outputs meet required quality and project standards.

This position will be site based at our Oshawa, ON location to support the Bowmanville Expansion which will have a lasting impact on the local community.
