Job Description

Key Responsibilities
· Lead product designers by mentoring and creating career growth opportunities for those on your team
· Collaborate with leads on strategy and vision to move our design system to the next level
· Partner with Design, Product Management, and Engineering leadership to plan and coordinate work across the Design Systems team to meet strategic goals and roadmap objectives
· Have experience designing for both accessibility and internationalization, globalization is a plus
· Manage and build a team of designers focussed on scale, accessibility, and usability
· Collaborate with cross-functional team leads to craft the vision, strategy, and operations of your initiatives
· Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to create consistent tone of voice, brand and surprise and delight
