Job Description

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals - Schools

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and enterprise applications

  • Perform system imaging, re-imaging, and deployment using SSOE standards

  • Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications

  • Manage Active Directory accounts (password reset, unlock, user provisioning)

  • Troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, printers, scanners, monitors)

  • Perform asset tagging and inventory management

  • Ensure compliance with IT security and corporate policies

  • Provide VIP support when required
