We at Coforge are seeking a “Desktop support Engineer to Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Handle and resolve tickets via ticketing tools (SLA driven)
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, VPN, and network issues
  • Manage meeting rooms (VC setup, projectors, AV support)
  • User account management (Active Directory, password reset, access)
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations
