Provide hands-on support for end users in a Windows-based environment.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues

+ Support Active Directory, O365, and endpoint devices

+ Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops

+ Escalate complex issues as needed

+ 2–4 years IT support experience

+ Strong Windows, O365, and AD knowledge

+ Customer-service mindset
