Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on desktop troubleshooting support (L1) to end-users for
hardware, software, audio-visual equipment, and network related issues.Resolve issues relating to end users accounts, network access and folder permissionsDeployment and recovery of IT assets for onboarding and off-boarding of staff.Conduct asset verification & audit, maintain accurate records of hardware, software & license inventory.Perform approved change requests for software installation and hardware configuration changes.Assist IT team to maintain documentation and troubleshooting guidesOther duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Field of Study
At least Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering of equivalent discipline.Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco/Fortinet) are added advantage....
