Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on desktop troubleshooting support (L1) to end-users for
    hardware, software, audio-visual equipment, and network related issues.

  • Resolve issues relating to end users accounts, network access and folder permissions

  • Deployment and recovery of IT assets for onboarding and off-boarding of staff.

  • Conduct asset verification & audit, maintain accurate records of hardware, software & license inventory.

  • Perform approved change requests for software installation and hardware configuration changes.

  • Assist IT team to maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Qualifications & Field of Study

  • At least Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering of equivalent discipline.

  • Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco/Fortinet) are added advantage.
