Job Description

Job Summary:


An experienced technician who independently delivers advanced desktop support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities:


Provide technical support to end-users.

Independently resolve complex desktop issues.

Perform hardware/software installations and upgrades.

Conduct regular system maintenance and patching.

Set up new desktops and peripheral equipment.

Ensure detailed issue documentation.

Informally assist less experienced staff when needed.

Minimize escalation through deeper troubleshooting.

Engage with IT peers for advanced issues.


Skills Requirements:


Advanced troubleshooting in enterprise desktop environments.

Experience with imaging and endpoint config tools (e.g., SCCM/MDT).

Strong AD and OS management familiarity.
