Navacord is hiring technical talent in the insurance industry! We are accepting applications for a dynamic individual with 5+ years experience in a full stack development environment and with at least 3+ years experience gathering requirements and creating technical specifications. We are looking for someone who is motivated by a fast‑paced workplace where technical standards and practices are valued. This role will work with Navacord’s Broker Partners and third‑party solution providers and requires someone with a strong IT background looking to interact and collaborate with engaged stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Design solutions, optimize application performance, implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and development cycle workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Do full code reviews and work closely with architects to align with enterprise principles and strategy.
