Development Engineer – Tooling

Based at our Chippenham HQ, this is an engineering design role within the dynamic, fast‑growing environment of Carbon ThreeSixty, a recognised leader in advanced composite design and development.

You will be responsible for design and development of various types of mould tooling, jigs and fixtures required to fulfil the manufacture of a range of advanced composite components. You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of manufacturing processes using your tooling designs to achieve robust and repeatable production that meets all technical and commercial requirements.

You will work on projects and components across industries including automotive, aerospace, defence, energy and more; and at project phases from R&D prototyping through to serial production.
