Job Description
This role combines advanced desktop support and device engineering to deliver a seamless experience for a large global end-user community. You will split your time between hands-on support for Windows devices and designing, configuring, and optimizing modern endpoint management solutions using Intune, Autopilot, and related Azure tools. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys both solving day-to-day technical issues and building scalable, automated solutions for thousands of endpoints.
Responsibilities
+ Provide Desktop/L2-L3 support for Windows devices, delivering timely and effective assistance to end users in a high-touch, professional environment.
+ Support approximately 2,000 end users globally, ensuring devices remain secure, compliant, and fully operational.
+ Perform imaging and device setup using Intune, Autopilot, and some SCCM, ensuring consistent and reliable deployment processes....
