Drive innovation at SEMRON as a Device Modeling Engineer, focusing on TCAD simulation and our groundbreaking CapRAM device. Assist in enhancing circuit simulations vital to our analog design team.
Your primary responsibilities will include TCAD simulation, model setup in Verilog-A and Spectre, and simplifying mathematical models for faster outcomes. A minimum of three years' experience in device modeling and a solid grasp of semiconductor device physics are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute TCAD simulations tailored for CapRAM technology
• Set up and simulate Verilog-A and Spectre models
• Simplify complex mathematical device models
• Support process engineering efforts for R&D and production
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in device modeling and TCAD
• Strong foundational knowledge of semiconductor device physics
• Proficient in Synopsys TCAD tools
• Open to learning new tools and technologies quickly
