• Provide Level 2 application support, delivering advanced troubleshooting and problem
resolution for complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure,
data processing, and supporting tools


• Manage production incidents, problem tickets, and change requests, ensuring
timely resolution in accordance with agreed SLA


• Ensure a stable, maintainable, high-quality, and standards-compliant
application environment, meeting all agreed SLA.
