DFT Engineer - Testability and Logic Focus

We are looking for a DFT Engineer with strong skills in DFT logic implementation and test analysis. This role is integral to improving the testability of digital designs.
The DFT Engineer will be crucial in implementing scan logic and performing ATPG pattern generation. A minimum of three years’ experience is required, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Understanding of HDL design languages, UNIX/Linux, and strong analytical skills are key for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement DFT logics for digital and mixed signal applications
• Generate and verify ATPG patterns for quality assurance
• Deliver high-quality patterns for ATE testing
• Support team during first proto bring-up and analysis
• Analyze digital design to improve testability
