At FIREFLY, a community-focused non-profit, you will engage in comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nutrition care strategies. Your role involves close collaboration with families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and well-coordinated service delivery. Flexibility in scheduling, including some evenings, is required, along with travel across the service region based on client needs.
