Overview

Design and ensure adherence to the recommended IT system landscape for optimal data flow, operational stability and avoidance of risks among systems supporting internal business processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across mobile (iOS/Android), backend microservices, and integration layers.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Define and enforce API standards, integration patterns, and data flows.
• Drive non-functional requirements: scalability, resiliency, performance, observability, and security.
• Lead architecture and design reviews, actively challenging weak or incomplete solutions.
• Ensure system readiness for high-traffic events (promos, campaigns, peak loads).
• Design for failure by default (timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, fallbacks).
