Digital Construction CoordinatorReporting to the Digital Construction Manager, the Digital Construction Coordinator (VDC Coordinator) will facilitate the implementation of Bird’s Digital Construction program on project sites, providing BIM/VDC services to the Operations team at the project level.

This role will be based out of the South Edmonton office.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Perform design coordination and assist in identifying constructability issues with the project team and subcontractors through clash detection of 3D models.

  • Collaborate with the site team to develop the site logistics plan in a model environment and video or plan exports as required.

  • Responsible as “model administrator” for assigned projects.

  • Assist in training other project staff and subcontractors on digital construction related software and workflows as required.
